The management is very good and supports teachers when needed. The teachers are pushed to take up challenges to learn better. The right guidance is given by the well experienced management team. There is continuous exchange of knowledge, ideas which enhances the work atmosphere. Policies are laid out after thorough consultation with the leadership team, so each of feel heard and acknowledged.

Nothing is that grossly wrong here to be disliked.

Tatva is much more than just a regular school. It is one big family. We at Tatva, are encouraged to recognise and treat each other with respect and love, accept differences, embrace diversities and hold onto our traditional values. There is complete security for the professionals working here. Teachers are united as long as you are a hard-working person. Management always supports the staff to maximum extent. Concession for teachers kids is appreciated.

Dislikes

All Saturdays working was a problem but the management is working on that. Term end exams are continuous without a break- a one day break for each subject will be beneficial for students.

I joined Tatva in 2016 and since then there has been no looking back. I was newly married when I joined, I now have a four year old daughter who is in PP1 in the same school and I am sure she will graduate from here. I love the atmosphere here, teachers are respected and valued. For me Tatva is my second home and the people here are my extended family.

Tatva is a place where every teacher dreams to work. The management takes utmost care of every teacher. I am going to start my 5th year in Tatva and looking forward for many. I have acquainted lots of knowledge from continuous workshops and training programs. Loved to be one of the family members of Tatva.

Tatva respects Teachers. Teachers are given the best place in the school. There is always a helping hand around in the campus. Management takes reaches out to every teacher personally to know their well-being. It is the best place for any teacher to work.
