You get to learn a lot Even you get to know everyone more closely and they even recognise you which usually dont happen in big organisations You get noticed by your work with the less no. Of staff in the team Valuable increments based on your performance.

Politics among the peers. Not appreciated even after doing multiple works or achiving your targets Not given any kind of rewards and recognition Superior Favourites are given more priority. Office location is not good Even office space is not suitable or interesting for work Face challenges in getting leaves
