work culture is good, almost all directors are ready to have a discussion on any topic. A lot to learn and get an opportunity to learn about different domains too.

Dislikes

Some times, work and personal life balance get effected. As sometimes (rarely) you happen to work during the weekend too.

Work Details

I work as a cluster manager and takes care of daily operations and Sales.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
