Some of the work that is being done is really to help the underserved, which is the best part of the job. Also, you are given the opportunity to run with things on your own (if you want to) for a large project.

There is a lack of clearly defined structure and growth path for people who are career oriented. Work environment is driven by the team you work in and can be very different for different people. There were changes in the work environment in my team with leadership changes which I didn't appreciate or the way of working of the new leadership. Had very good teammates who drove the programs but left with changes in leadership. The HR function is transactional and doesn't care about the employees at all or the issues raised....Read More
