In the TATA STRIVE have less growth not careto employee, and also they giving appraisal very bad, regional manager are not a good boss and not also good leader, he always treated like he is very good and always demotivate the employee, also ready to take revenge. Culture is very toxic, management is very careless, they dnt know what's going on ground level, they also not talk with employees about the concern, HR is always slow, they replied very slow on mail.
