Medical facility for employees and their families is another benefit unmatched with major players in the industry. And then there is lot more. But the best part about Tata Steel is the work culture, values and ethics that is unmatched with other companies. I live in Jamshedpur and many of my friends works here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
