Company culture is top class, they care about employees, they focus on skill development. 5 days working week. 9 to 6 job for officers( except during breakdowns and other emergencies), full medical facilities for you, your parents and dependents. Lots of projects, expansions and improvements happens regularly so you won't feel stagnated and will keep on learning and improving.
Nothing to dislike as such. Location can be an issue to some people as some plants are not located in the city area. Some process are slow and old. During breakdowns, things get hectic (although it's true for every industry).

After Ratan Tata's demise Tata Steel is the worst place for engineers. *All perks seized, leaves are half now. No meal is subsidized. *You have to works for days without off, leave.
