WORKING AREA IS GOOD SITUATED AT A WELL COMMUNICATION PLACE.

Dislikes

FOOD QUALITY AND QUANTITY PROVIDE IN THE CANTEEN IS VERY BAD . LOCALISM ARE VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTING FACTOR IN THIS PLANT.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
