(a) Tata Steel is a great company, but everyone working in this company are not great people, (b) Life becomes extremely difficult if the boss is a bad person, (c) Different rules for different people, (d) Career growth is abnormally fast for some "selected" people without any visible performance, while it is a struggle for the others

Work Details

Being a research scientist, I like my job as it gives me ample opportunity to deal with the subject that I have studied. My job is to develop new steel products, for which I have to spend my time in reading and working in laboratory.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
