1). The culture of promotion based on top management perception at the end of year who are not direclty in touch with that person. 2). Bell curve of Rating. 3). Unnecessarily disturbing people mind by the process of Rating which itself is unfair system, so much coorporate politics & favouritism. 4). Head/Chief perception towards female officers in operation, biased perception, unequal opportunity for female. 5). Too much data manipulation towards during making data based reports in order to please boss. Not good from Company for long as it will bring too much corruption....Read More

Growth is very slow. Remuneration is worst for experienced candidate who joined tata steel as lateral. YOY growth is dead slow.
