Likes

Medical facilities, Financial system of CDR, team work, work culture and support and behaviour of senior officer. TSF supported us during lockdown through the following way: Job security, timely salary, ensuring and extended medical and insurance facility aginst COVID-19 etc.

Dislikes

Since TSF system is yet to established. Wherever TSRDS its followings: - Our approx 45 % time comsume dealing with account and procurement that would bound to less engagement with field/community. - It didn't have any clear carrier path, so very less carrier opportunity. promotion and ncremental policy. Some time transparency is also an issue during recruitment and promotions. - If management have limited leading position, they should at least upgrade the ones scales timely on behalf of performance, record and test....Read More

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that help me get a taste of different role within the team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
