Since TSF system is yet to established. Wherever TSRDS its followings: - Our approx 45 % time comsume dealing with account and procurement that would bound to less engagement with field/community. - It didn't have any clear carrier path, so very less carrier opportunity. promotion and ncremental policy. Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that help me get a taste of different role within the team.
