Company is Growing but Company Culture is not good lots of Politics There is no any Medical Facility also Office is not clean Please don’t join this company They tag Great Place to work everywhere but now the Great place to work institution also corrupt they give tag every company for Money For thats why tha tag is non valuable don’t come in trap

You will get a good work-life balance at the Kharagpur plant of Ramsarup Industries Ltd. which is under the Shyam Group(not Shyam Steel). Supportive team-members. Good number of Holidays

Dislikes

Extremely bad promotions and increments at this Kharagpur plant. Worst HR department. Higher Management is not capable enough specially the persons responsible for Kharagpur plant not other plants. Hr dept tries to negotiate salary during interviews in spite of having descent budget. If you want to work with extremely low increments then this is the company for you . Not have any job security whatever designation u have. 2nd thing is 8 month of provision periods. They deducted your EL without informing you. they hold salaries. Management do whatever they want. They not treat all employees in same way. And lots of things are not good in this plant.

Ample opportunity to perform and create milestone, many things to do and change as the senior leadership is very aggressive. To cope them up and on standards one need to be very fast and strong decision maker.
