Poor work life balance , even though it's a five day working, often we need to work 6 days, sometimes Sunday also partially work from home. Salary is also not the best in the industry, company is working like a distributor but under the name of Tata.

Poor work life balance. Different rules applies at different sites of TSDPL no matter at which position one is working instead of a common rules. Internal politics. Being a Sister Company of Tata Steel not much respect is being given to TSDPL Employees by Tata Steel Employees.

Its a Best company to learn. We are also doing best kizens to imporve the work very easy and making fast also. The company staff also doing a best part to brining up a new Technology machines like CNC machines.

In night shift workers need atleast 1 hour rest Its brining a relaxation, work to do very comfortably. We are doing continues work in night shifts, we going tied very fastly & thats why the progress will go down
