I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Work ethics, company culture. Fast paced working, ambitious goals for future. You will be appreciated if you do well. And expectations will be very high from your seniors.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance , even though it's a five day working, often we need to work 6 days, sometimes Sunday also partially work from home. Salary is also not the best in the industry, company is working like a distributor but under the name of Tata.
