Very little to no focus on employees skill development or job rotation specially for junior and middle level management.

Work Details

Very mundane. There was no scope of opting for other roles and projects which was a set back from career development point of view.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
