There is nothing to like. Only as Doctor I got respect and a lot of time to study.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Odd duty hours rhat doesn't allow personal space or time. Class difference is there. They deduct almost 45% of monthly salary in the name of many things like performance bonus, medical benefits etc etc. But at the end nothing can be availed.

Apart from the obvious TATA culture, as the company is very new it is going through various changes. A little bit of involvement in the process opens up enormous learning opportunities.

Dislikes

As it was my first corporate experience, I don't know whether it is specific to TSLPL or common to all industries, but here when you are given a task you are supposed to know how to do it on your own. A proper training mechanism may be lacking or may be it was because I tried my hands on many areas in a very short term.

With a 5days working week and flexible working hours, aside from 2-3 months during Audit & accounts closing, work life balance in great.
