The only thing good about it is the brand name.

The way management talk to each other is very rude and harsh. The overall team of Tata play fiber passes sarcastic comments on each other and do not have any work life balance. The team itself has a unhealthy compitition & refuses to help each other. They want you to be available on weekends as well. The company does appraisal of everyone every year whether it is off role or on role. There is limit of increment for off roll employee.

Dislikes

I am an off roll Employee as a broadband field Service engineer. I have to do work atleast 11 hr on daily Which should be 08 hr to hr working time.. I have to Do sales forcely.. There's no Convince facility for off roll employee. There is no fixed Weekly off..

Work Culture is zero They expect you to be available 24/7 without giving anything in return. Not even day offs. Politics and toxic environment Not good for someone who is taking up leadership roles for the first time. Won’t be able to handle the toxic environment.

Company is good but there is lot of politics and peoples/ boss do fake promises and never ever fulfill it.

Work culture is poor, management stand Is poor and unfair appraisal and fake promises for bonus payment and suddenly change the policy by a single mail to deprive many to get bonus payment but management will definitely get bonus irrespective of company or his individual performance

The pay and other benefits are fine except that everything is pathetic.

Dislikes

I recommend NOT to join the company especially in the sales department. Pathetic work culture and no work life balance. They will make our life difficult and miserable. All day working culture with NO week off as they will ask to complete the targets and then to take week offs.
