Work Culture is zero They expect you to be available 24/7 without giving anything in return. Not even day offs. Politics and toxic environment Not good for someone who is taking up leadership roles for the first time. Won’t be able to handle the toxic environment.

Having good name for TATA brand.. For Community apartment installation & maintenance Okay..

For residents Service level is not upto the mark... Very minimal area of feasibility With huge completion the price seems to be high... For new joinee they not giving time to settledown... Some what Job threat is there

They don't suport they want the productivity only on this awkward situation also.. leadership does not now what happening on ground level.they will have caluculation for everything but they don't no how to enhance the cities.. suddenly they will make a decision to shut-down and ask employees to leave on this uncertainty times.

Lot of politics comparisons between colleagues.. salary part is decent but sustanity is very less scope..suddenly they calls to change the city,but at the hire time they engage you for that particular city only after some moment they say to change the city for their convinent or to remove the employer.

It's a new start up company.started with the good aspiration but results will be low becaz of the product in the market.but tried a lot to gain the Market but no support from superstitions only logical points ,lot of struggles and went down till Lastlevel

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
