The only thing I liked are the machines and the plant structure. They have these latest and sophisticated production machines. The whole plant is air conditioned, very neat and organised.

Dislikes

Its one of those sickest places to work at. They lure you into internship programs only to use you as a peon and helper. It's just a production company which fabricates parts for foreign companies. There is no innovation and creativity involved. The workers there work like robots and they even have a uniform. The company has majority of diploma graduates and very less engineers (only in management). The managers are rude and the top administrators just exploits the workers under them. While i worked their i felt like i was dying from inside, my knowledge, my creativity was dying. There is no games room or anything for recreational activities as such....Read More
