You can learn industry best standard documentation. Safety culture was overall good.

Dislikes

No or negligible salary hike. Work pressure is high. Good work is appreciated only in form of congratulation letter not by your increment. Every worker was treated as same in term of salary and other thing, performance does not matter. Overall a harassing environment for a skilled hard working guy.
