I worked in F&A -Accounts finalisation department.Its my first job in TPL.It had given me good work exposure and very good mentors who guided me the best and great contacts.

Dislikes

1. Irrational and uneconomical division of work. For instance CA is given the work of report extraction for most of the times which a Bcom graduate can do .. so paying CA just for copy paste is underutilisation of CAs skill. This is just one example and i am sure that this same issue is in all F&A departments 2. Work culture was notemployee friendly especially just after covid lockdown period. The trigger point for me to step out of TPL is the same apart from other reasons. 3. Employee appraisal is the one which I am highly disappointed with. We had put in all our efforts and we did not even get 100% of the CTC promised. The Bell curve policy of appraisal did-not work in my favour...Read More

HR complainces from H.O Management from H.O is good in respect of your personal life balance.

1.Site conditions are too worst you don't get a hygienic office even in a long run project. 2.If you work well with dedication only you will be assigned loads of work. 3.Regional people/group politics are too sound in the project sites. 4.Not same rules will be applied for all employees at project sites unless you oil pull. 5. Some arrogant boss you may found who doesn't know any technical and rules you with certain experiences in your field. "I say, with no technical knowledge your boss starts to handle you and deteriorate infront of clients for bills extraction from them. 6.No recognition of the works done and as usual extra leg pulling. 7. Boss takes 4 months 4 times 10+ day leaves and texts "you enjoy your holidays I will complete your work" in creepy way. 8.Procurement delays by senior level management's and puts pressure to some how complete the targets. Worst from my past 10yrs. Note: This was my 1st project in TPL with 10 yr experiences in something I know at least. Only brand , other than that all mc's are working here.

It's totally use and throw company. They will hire you for particular project , for. Now want airport related exp candidates , they will hire u and after completion of project , they will simply tell you to put a resignation letter. Terrible job security. U can be removed from job at any stage without reason, even though you are performing fantastically. All MC,s are here only in TPL.
