The job js quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and helped mr to get taste of different roles in construction sector.

Paid their employees during lockdown. Company is good for bachelors. Compulsary virtual training 10AM to 5pm during lock down else will be marked absent.

Dislikes

Seniors will force you for outstation tours. In case you deny due to any reason u can loose apraisal or even job. Politics and discrimination among subordinates is like other companies. Work-life balance is negligible in this job profile

Tata Projects is a service based company, and everyone who works in TPL to leave family alone and to be travel everywhere in the world. But there is no constant location. If you want to settle in life with family and children TPL is the opposite option.

Dislikes

When I was worked in TPL, worked in solar projects like Tata power solar, Suzlon and green Co .. sites located at nearby Pakistan border, summer time. We are giving service to Tata power solar then they were used us for more than 16 hrs working per everyday, there will be no chance to enter any labor inspectors so every Sunday also working day. So we entirely no chance to get rest even Heath damages. If we informed to TPL office they will simply says follow your site officers or leave the job ..!!! How great it is...
