The Good thing about TPL is the work life balance and the time to concentrate on our own things. Being a construction company it allows people to learn a lot .

Dislikes

The main thing is the location of job . U will be posted in one place , working in another place . For family oriented guys, working in TPL is a nightmare to settle a family with them in one place.The kind of rapport the DGMs and GMs are too biased.you won't get the proper recognition even when you work hard and make it fullfilled.
