The work culture is superb. All shorts of Japanese management tools like TQM, Quality circles, Kizen, 6S, etc. are used during daily work activity.

Dislikes

Salary growth is not as expected, not even comparable with govt. DA.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
