Lateral employees will struggle for promotions, they only give promotions to GET/PGET. Need to work in shift for design department.

Bossisim like govt babus. The seniors will not take any ownership and dump all the work to ground level juniors. Meeting request will come as per the whims and wishes of the ZM and RMs. In case of any escalation it the CSM who will become a bakra....there are no weekends holidays or night...if some one will have dream a meeting request will come at midnight ...and ine fine day u will be put on PIP...Read More
