1) for Skill development is very nice. 2) work culture is nice. 3) there policies not good for diploma holders.

Dislikes

1) No any job security. 2) Their policies not good for diploma holders & experience holders. 3) No any opportunity for conformation of job for diploma holders. 4) No any health insurance.

Work Details

1) My knowledge developed well. 2) Work in tata motor is the greatest opportunity to grow your knowledge. 3) No value for your hard work because of no job security.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
