I’m thrilled to share that I’ve received an offer of ₹27 LPA from Tata Motors for the Senior Manager (L5) position! This is a significant jump from my current CTC of ₹18 LPA, and I’m excited about the opportunities this role brings. However, there’s one challenge I’m considering. My current role allows me to work from home, while the new job requires working from the office. The Tata Motors office is 1.5 to 3 hours away (depending on traffic), which will be a big adjustment for me. I’d love to hear your thoughts on how to balance such trade-offs and make the right decision for both career growth and work-life balance.

You should include Line engineer trainees to DWM. - Line engineer trainees should learn about all documents also provide for them like SOT, layered audit and many other documents that a normal supervisor fill.
