Only talking about work and gives huge targets and there is no working hours and too much pressure. There is no social life and also not given leaves to the employees. Seniors behaviour is not good to their juniors.

For credit person it's a good place to work and learn.. a best Quality of Credit CAM is prepared compared to across all financiers. Compared to banks work life ballance is good with lights off policy on first 25 days of month. Hike was decent enough at par with mkt standards.

Dislikes

Slow promotions. As like all Tata's vintage people will not leave and all recognitions and awards are always taken by them.. same group of people appreciating awarding and clapping for themselves .
