The worst company that I have ever worked for. There is no appraisal in the beginning of the new financial year and you are never paid for the over time you work. The work environment is worst as they provide the least facilities. The presence of the administration department does not matter as they never follow up about the facilities provided to the respective branches. The company neither repairs nor replaces the ACs when required, and you will sweat like hell while working during summers. The company does not have enough capital to provide a fan as well and you may faint even at your workstation. The company never replaces a bulb when required and you will have to work under the worst condition. The worst part that I have noticed is that the company has a "LIGHTS OFF POLICY" and then you are forced to wind up your work even if you are not done with it.
