Select good people, mentoring at the best. Very dynamic and understanding HR. Lots of opportunities to learn if you are an extroverted personality and love getting into the core of things.

Dislikes

Still using manual and analogue methods which can be computerised. Even after giving feedback regarding the same, no response to digitalize, still done by manual work. Sad to see so much time go in vain when all of it can be done digitally. No initiative by anyone regarding personal growth, lights and air cons don't work, computers are at their worst, hang after each click,no sign of upgrading them, using them since 10 years now. People are rigid toward new ideas, don't accept them at all. Have to always remind them not to give a peon or data entry operator's job to a qualified engineer....Read More

Quiet intresting, lot to learn. Though it is a large scale company, you have the learning advantage of a small scale company. Good communication among departments, smooth flow of work yet work flow needs to be worked on.
