No proper review structure between senior management and middle management Lack of leadership at all the levels Everyone is involved in fire fighting and there's clear absence of vision among seniors. New comers aren't felt welcomed as there's a group in group always and there's no transparency in the system.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
