Dislikes

Company incentive policy was not good and traveling expenses was cleared not cleared, in short i can say that accountability of organizations was not good. The work pressure is very high. Most of times, I have to work 14-16 hours in a day as I have to attend the client calls. No jobs security in dealership and also Tata Hicathi has not given any job training for fresher.
