Office dirty politics Best place to work for non performers as company rewards and recognize them. Open partiality by management with lateral entry employees. No value for hard working employees. Greatest place to work if you are a work shrikers.

Very supportive Colleague and management. Provide ample opportunity to explore and develop leadership qualities.Job security is very good . Work-life balance is ok. Overall very satisfied with company.

Dislikes

Only cons I feel is 6 days working. Company should consider to give atleast alternate Saturday off.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
