As the entire organisation is going through a learning curve, there’s an acceptance to failure. Good exposure in terms of learning as it’s a Greenfield project.

Commute time is quite high and location is quite far from Hosur. Culture requires an improvement and Career path for middle management is not defined.

I like the working culture and motivation given by our superior staff and seniors to get to devlop our skills and knowledge. Our leads and manager are very supportive to us and the environments are give us a pleasent feeling to us. This makes me like to work here.
