Salary is the measure issue same designation but more difference having in salary. Salary increment not good. Management side they are giving but due to office poltics we are not getting any increment. But our boss getting promotion & also salary hike

Currently they have only one plant which is in hosur (nearby completely remote area) So if you are from South then it's ok, but if you are from North side of india It's a vey challenging due to language difference
