They hire as diploma Trainee engineer DET then after 1 year they will fire you and the fun facts before joining they will told that you will got promotion after 1 year but as soon as you reach the shop floor, you realise after COVID not a single batch got promoted. So if you want to invest 1 year you can go but don't expect anything, neither you got learning nor promotion. Think twice before joining, as I'm suffering I rejected other offer just in the name of Tata Cummins but reality hit me harder....Read More

No career development because the give work irrelevent to your branch degree. Some times they make you work even on Sunday saying 'to meet customer demand' and will give holiday of that on some national or festive holiday time. You don't get to learn any new thing rather than jaust what work you have been given and no incrementationin salary whether you perform very good and of all they just have you for 1 year and then you are on your own....Read More
