Post merger from Tata chemicals to TCPL some policies of HR is upgraded. Transfer allowance is given for big cities. During Covid Work from home is given from Mar 20 and continued till Nov 21.

Dislikes

At present due to change management and mergers of businesses things are not good. Bad mangement, no work life balance. No recognition of good work.

Top management knows nothing about whats happening at the base level. Market visits are only for blaming others rather than knowing what are the issues. EVERY WEEK NEW NPD DIFFERENT BRAND HEADS AND TEAMS BUT EVERYTHING IS PUSHED ON ONE ASM AND TSE HUGE TEAM SIZE 30-40 PEOPLE Morning and Evening Gate meeting compulsory tea cost during date meetings is around 750 and expense for the day is fixed at 500 Multiple brands good sale but brand is not getting developed due to low concentration since the span is so huge !!

Daily torturing from asm,Rsm. 100s of parameter which is never achievable by anyone. Your mental health will get disturbed and in the end you resign even they wont leave you,they will hold ta,da and torture you by saying f&f,hr is worst here they dont even care about employees,

TCPL formed in 2000 , System and process is just started and I am in sales , Sales team need to adopt FMCG style. Managers not behave like MNC people. Low class behaviour
