Brand name nothing else.

Salary - Excellent

Excluding Brand name & compensation structure nothing is there,Company never focus on actual problem employees(especially sales)are facing.Any proper product training is been hardly provided & expectations was very high,in such a environment the job security is very less.Career growth in the organisation is very slow.

Frankly speaking experience at the organisation was very horrible,fear of losing job & lack of motivation was there.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
