Very Bad Company to work.. Specially employees are treated like robots. Working culture is very unfriendly,poor service to Customer.

Dislikes

Nobody is intrested in co-operating. Most of the people are frustrated. Offices are in bad condition,less workstation compare to employees,very pathetic office,Govt bank offices are better than this.. Chairs and table are of cheap material. They will make you work on holidays and till late night 1 am or sometimes 2 am. Not a good place to grow,as they dnt give you good appraisal. partiallities goes with women employee,they will not treat u equal and you will always feel left out. No women worker has survived more than a year,except those who are clerk and only co-ordinater job.. In sales they treat women as they are not meant for sales and will make tjem feel left out and frustrated....Read More
