Everything is governed by high position managers. They decide your fate. You have no say in things. What location you’ll work. What role is best suited for you, everything is decided by management without even consulting with you. HRs are not good here.

Company has good culture but the managers ruin it for the sake of own.

Customer service executives are like no value to company, health insurance coverage is poorest in industry, just a sake of idv 50,000 also with conditions. Promotions based upon your performance and managers choice. No teamwork. No help from managers.

Everything There is no leave and no time limits Every day branch close around 9PM and open early morning at 7:30 AM and there is no any break in real time but in company police different totally bad for timing and too much pressure

There has no salary growth and learning. Current company's work culture is full of with the company politics and seniors are treating their employees as a machine and you are not allowed to take a sudden leave if you have a medical emergency then you have to inform them earlier for the leave

There is no week off, our senior manager always ask to work on holiday even on Saturday and Sunday with no work life balance. He always pressure that your first priority will be company even your family have big tragedy he never gives you leave. If you work on holiday he never compensate like company never gives you comp. off.
