It was a nice working experience . But not good as expected in case of salary( incentive) .

When cse call for the customer he take care of all thing wheather it's calling the customer , meeting at customer place , visit customer near by district like haridwar rishikesh sharanpur roorkee etc but incentive or (petrol) incentive are not up the mark . After visiting customer twice within 80km area customer finally cancel theloan but cse get only criticism for not completing the case this is unfortunate. Cse who visited customer twice just for one lakh loan rupee loan as guided by the senior ( ek lakh ka loan bhi hmare liye important hai we have to go for the last) but what about cse no incentive no petrol allowance he only suffered and finally get frustrated by the environment he resigned from the post. There is no Gazetted holiday off last 2 Sunday is also not off. They give the pressure on last weekend. If they should do the work on starting week instead of last week off or other holiday then employee gives good numbers This is the way there is not longer sales person in the organisation for short term is gud but there is no longer time will spent.
