It was nice to work with a very talented teammates. I have learn so much new assignment there. Salary and appraisals are quite not satisfied. Overall working environment is very good. HR team is very bad they are not very co-operated to any emplyee. I had very bad experience about HR. As i have met an accident hence i was not able to mark my attendance till my recovery. But they are not able to understand my medical situation and disallowed to me my rejoining at branch. As i want to work with them again after my recover. Even till date i have not recv my reliving letter ....Read More

In TCHFL you have job security and brand name , everything was very systematically.

Dislikes

It's not easy to work in TCHFL for any department it was terrible they were working whole night there was no office timing. In month end you have to work whole night for everyone either sales or operation. There was terrible internal poltics.

There is no Gazetted holiday off last 2 Sunday is also not off. They give the pressure on last weekend. If they should do the work on starting week instead of last week off or other holiday then employee gives good numbers This is the way there is not longer sales person in the organisation for short term is gud but there is no longer time will spent.
