There is no support from the manager on the sales side, so the business has completely stagnated and there has been no progress in the business for the past one year, due to which all the employees started leaving, which is why I also left this job. due to reason I don't want to work here.

Company culture is rediculous if you are a hard working emp they dont value your work if you want to travel for work they just say no and if you want to comunicate they dont comunicate and all staff are full of ego here dont like culture full of ego problems and no sense to talk at all
