I was pan india no 2 in my vertical i just got promotion only. Incriment not given given just INCREASED THE TARGET. more over sales person do work hard for incentive also. Which is not getting after unlock, coz of unable to reach the high target with this pendemic waves. Poor market, poor process and FLUCTUATED POLICY. have too kuch to ask but this is it now

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
