1. Absolutely no work life balance. 2. You have many leaves but you can't apply. 3. Some bosses are so worst that even being a DVP they keep checking break times of managers and agents. 4. Managers and senior managers are given so much of work which is clearly outsider their KRA. 5. Lower level agents have still defined work which is good. 6. So worst that if your work doesn't need you to be in office still they will insist you to come to office. 7. Please don't join in TCHFL CRM department it is the worst mess. 8.
