It's a Tata by name only. And doesn't even deserves to be a part of elite Tata group. Company's work culture is awful and only for sycophants using oiling & buttering with senior mgmt. The company focuses on harassing each well performing employee by providing extra work of already left employees. Their is no policy implementation for anything for good working culture and employees wellness. People are thought productive by seniors if they extend their working hours for 10-12 hours daily. Some ill-knowledged experts gives trainings on alll topics relating to safety, quality, manufacturing & operations. There is no work management tools are available except SAP. Absolutely sub-standards facilities and amenities are there especially in manufacturing plants except coated steel plant. Local plants management is poor and their is no hierarchical based approach. Overall there is no system and each plant is governed by person-dependent approach in absence of effective PLM tools. They talk of ethics, human dignity, safety but these are never followed to the base level and are maintained only to get the IMS or statutory certifications....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
