Don't join this company. They are giving only 1500 Rs as appraisal to an engineer who worked for last 10 months they counts as newly joined. HOD says its a policy for new employees. And we need to work for 2+ years for the same package. One major thing. They have different package for the same post. Like for Executive- who didn't negotiate much they are giving him 5 LPA and who negotiate they are giving him - 8LPA so much partiality is there....Read More
