Not a great company for a experienced personnel, You need to join at 40+ age and stay there. Completely process oriented company where process is just a norm and doesn't find its full effectivity. SOP, process excellence is another time consuming things.

Increments are not good in the company. Bonds and agreements are placed to lock the promotion in the company.Workers are targeted by asking about any problems in the company.
