Dislikes

Management is under the impression having few trusted source in the top management can run the company. Not focused on down the line man power retention or importance. Multiple power centers and extreme favoritism. No value for senior personnel who are technically sound. All those who left the organisation are shining in their career after leaving tata. No vision for long term.
